Managed business and technical teams of 15 people, as well as coordinated the implementation with the vendor and third-party hosting company. - Managed Web-based custom development projects for Longs Drugs and Morgan Stanley . The projects included Internet-based user interface, application server development, integration with back-end systems. Mentored staff in Java development and object-oriented analysis and design.
- Managed successful delivery of Enterprise application integration projects for major clients ( Morgan Stanley, Nike, Boeing Space & Communications, Longs Drugs, etc.). Following the project I provided assistance to various PeopleSoft projects in the areas of performance tuning, deployment, batch scheduling and other technical areas.
- The GAP, San Bruno, CA . Data Warehouse project. I managed extraction, transformation and load (ETL) team to identify data sources, perform transformation and load into the data warehouse. Worked with business partners to define data elements, transformation rules, and business logic. Integrated extraction routines with OLAP tool requirements.
- As technology delivery manager responsible for successful implementation of application development and infrastructure projects at Bank of America, Kaiser Permanente, and GE Nuclear Energy.
